ADVANTAGE TRAVEL – LETTERBOX MARKETING TO SPARK THE TRAVEL BUG

Advantage Travel utilised the letterbox to inspire customers to ‘travel yourself happy’.

Advantage Travel Partnership wanted to attract more customers into independent ‘member’ stores across the UK, and build brand awareness by personally connecting with consumers through a two-part print and mail campaign.

How they did it

  • They compiled customer bookings and postcode sector ranking to determine the target audience
  • From this, they produced a 24-page magazine pushing travel ideas to new and existing members in January
  • In June, the travel agency distributed a 12-page booklet to evoke an emotional response and book their dream holiday

The results

  • 8.2% response rate
  • 18% increase in average revenue per branch
